What is the genre of my magazine?

I have decided that the genre of my magazine will be:

I have chosen this genre because it is one of many genres that  I  personally enjoy which will make the process of making the magazine a bit easier.

Rock is a genre which covers many other sub genres, this allows any kind of band to find its place in the rock community and bring people together.

Magazines such as Kerrang!, AP and  Rocksound are all examples of magazines which feature artists from these genres.

Well known bands from this genre include Slipknot, Asking Alexandria, Black Veil Brides, Bring Me The Horizon and Motionless In White.

 

Slipknot's lead singer Corey Taylor featured on the cover of Kerrang! magazine.



Asking Alexandria's lead singer Danny Worsnop features on the front cover of AP magazine. 

Black Veil Brides' singer Andy Biersack featured on the front cover of Rocksound magazine.

Hi! I'm Daria and this will be my new AS media blog.
On this blog I will be posting my progress with my music magazine assignment.
Apart from that I enjoy photography and art so this blog will also feature photos and design made by me to create my music magazine.
I enjoy music such as metal and rock which what my magazine will also be based on.
